AXAMER LIZUM

The unique Olympic ski resort of Axamer Lizum, approx. 18 km from Innsbruck – the capital of the Alps – offers 40 km of ideally prepared descents with guaranteed snow for all difficulty ratings and is a paradise for all winter sports fans.

PATSCHERKOFEL

Follow in the tracks of the stars as you ski down the Olympic ski slope and enjoy the broad new family descent. The Patscherkofel offers pistes to suit all ability levels as well as exceptional breath-taking panoramic views over Innsbruck, Stubaital, Wipptal and Inntal valleys and the numerous peaks of 3,000 m and over.

MUTTERER ALM

950 m – 1,800 m
Ever since it re-opened in 2006, the Muttereralm ski resort has been offering modern infrastructure including two 9-seater cable cars (one from Mutters and one from Götzens). An additional 4-seater chair lift, a tow lift and a lift for children complete the offer. Both valley stations (Mutters and Götzens) also offer ski and sledge hire and a ski school.

NORDKETTE

860 m – 2,300 m
The Hafelekarrinne is one of the steepest ski routes in Europe. With a gradient of 70%, this descent is for experts only. A magic carpet, moguls and practice slopes including child care make the Nordkette peaks a truly unique experience for children and families.

RANGGER KÖPFL

800 m – 2,000 m
Rangger Köpfl Oberperfuss, the family-friendly skiing mountain 12 km west of Innsbruck. The Ranger Köpfll ski resort offers a modern 8-seater cable car, a tow lift up to 2000 m, over 17 km of ideally prepared pistes, a 10 km toboggan run and an adventure-packed Alpine hiking trail.

KÜHTAI

The sunny skiing and snowboarding paradise of Kühtai is one of the best renowned winter sports centres in Tyrol and Austria’s highest altitude ski resort.

SCHLICK 2000

1,000 m - 2,300 m
Live out your own personal skiing, carving or snowboarding dream. Go sledging along the approx. 6 km toboggan run. Enjoy cross-country skiing on the high-altitude cross-country trail. Walk through the untouched winter landscapes. Or take to the skies and go paragliding, hang-gliding or on a tandem flight.

STUBAI GLACIER

1,750 m - 3,210 m
Snow is guaranteed from October to June and skiing here usually kicks off in mid-September. Guests staying in Innsbruck and its surrounding holiday villages can enjoy this special glacier experience by taking the free ski bus from Innsbruck.

This natural ski resort is located just 12 km from Innsbruck and offers magnificent views over the entire Inn valley. Cable cars and lifts: 7 lifts up to 2,300 m. Pistes & ski routes: 22 km pistes including one of the longest ski descents in Tyrol at over 15 km. Cross-country: 40 km of cross-country trails, both classic and skating.
